Powder Coating Surface Adjusting Agent MFA-02 is a complex multi-functional additive, with leveling, dispersion, wetting, defoaming, anti-adhesion, anti-yellowing anti-static, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, enhance DOI and other characteristics. It meets the RoHS directive.

Point:  Use MFA-02 then no need add normal leveling agent/benzoin/brightener/wax,make formulation more simple.


Applied in pure epoxy, epoxy polyester, polyester TGIC(HAA), polyurethane, acrylic acid etc thermosetting powder coating, not subject to gloss.


●Excellent Leveling Property can even improve the effect of mirror surface and film fullness;    
High Gloss film can increase the glossiness 3-5%;
●It can help get rid of bubble and pinhole on the coating;
●Good anti- interference property;
●Effectively improve the coating stain resistance and chemical resistance property;

Active components(%): 80-90

●Recommended dosage: 2% to 2.5% of total formula, usually 2%, but different equipment with different dispersion effect, the best dosage should be based on the exact test. In general, when the equipment dispersion is not good enough, please consider to increase MFA-02 dosage.

●Usage: MFA-02 should evenly dry mix with other materials in the formula, and heat melting and mixing extrude.
