Transparent Filler Masterbatch
Transparent filler masterbatch is a compound of ultra-fine powder and a variety of other compounds. Its main content is ultra-fine high-quality anhydrous sodium sulphate as the plastic modifier. This masterbatch is made by the optimization combination of carrier, coupling agent, and capacitor, and has excellent compatibility and dispersion. Adding it to plastic raw materials can improve the toughness and stability of plastics, and is a high-performance, low-cost, environmently-friendly functional masterbatch.
The appearance of this transparent filler masterbatch is white granulars, suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins such as PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, TPR, recycled plastics, etc. It has good compatibility with the plastics and also the inorganic and organic fillers added in the plastics.

Product Features
- Our unique advanced powder modification technique blends the prepared high mesh (1250-5000 mesh) powder with the polymer to obtain nanocomposites. The filler masterbatch has excellent compatibility with PE and PP resin, and the surface gloss of the plastic product is high.
- It can be processed with common equipment, which does not affect the fluidity of the melt in the processing. The processing technique doesn’t need to be changed, and the wear and tear degree on mechanical equipment is low.
- It can eliminate the brightness of the product , improve heat resistance, heaviness, and anti-permeability. The plastic product can have high light transmittance, smooth surface, and better printing performance.
- It’s non-toxic and non-irritating, and has good plasticization and uniform particle size.
- The masterbatch is resistant to acid, alkali, or organic solvents. It also has excellent electrical insulation performance, so that the product can be anti-static.
- Compared with other high brightness and translucent filler masterbatch, our masterbatch is more cost-effective and easy to use.
Applications
Suitable for all kinds of PP and PE plastic products, including film blowing, blow molding, injection molding, sheets, pipes, plates, etc.
Product Adding Ratio
- 5-50% for blowing film
- 15-30% for blowing bottle
- 10-30% for sheets, plates, pipes and injection
Packaging & Storage
The outer layer of the package is made of composite woven bag or paper-covered woven bag, and the inner layer is made of composite bag. Net weight is 25kg per bag.
Store in dry and ventilated place, avoid sunlight and rain. Storage period is 6 months.
