There are 10 team members in our experimental and R&D center, including 2 doctors, 3 masters, 3 coating engineers, and 2 plastic engineers. Our products are made by expert teams in various fields such as Polymer Materials, Chemistry, Physics, Application and Equipment.
In addition to our R&D team, we have been using advanced experimental and testing facilities and equipment for product development.
We keep introducing technical talents to our team. Each year, we train all kinds of talents and management personnel by internal and external training, so as to improve the knowledge and ability of our team, and thus improve the innovation ability of the company.
We also participate in various technical seminars, exchanges, and exhibitions for paint, plastic, rubber, etc. Up to now, we have formed a wide circle of business friends with frequent interaction.
